Brace Bucks Rewards Program

 This program is designed to reward those patients who have excellent oral hygiene and maintain their appliances throughout treatment.  One Brace Buck is earned for excellent brushing and no lost or broken appliances.

 Additional Brace Bucks can be earned by any of the following:

• You/your parent joining our Facebook page; www.facebook.com/howardortho
• Wearing your Dr. Lisa P. Howard t-shirt in to your appointments.
• Sending a post card to our office while you are on vacation.
• Demonstrating creative ideas that show how braces affect your everyday life.
• Referring friends for orthodontic treatment with Dr. Lisa P. Howard.
• Receiving a Brace Bucks Certificate from your hygienist at your dental cleanings.
• Bringing in your most recent report card and/or any awards you recently received. 

Program Rules:

• Patients must sign the Smile Rewards Program Agreement in order to participate in the program. 
• A maximum of four (4) Brace Bucks can be earned at each regular orthodontic appointment. None earned for emergency or “extra” visits.
• Rewards can be claimed by redeeming the Brace Bucks you have earned throughout the course of treatment when the braces are removed.
